We're looking for a pragmatic DevOps engineer to take on our current project, a fully automated hosting platform, and make it the best service possible. The project is a fully auto-pilot WordPress hosting, with automatic deployment, automatic updates of WordPress core, themes and plugins, backups, hacking protection and more. User simply enters the domain and (optionally) some WordPress settings inside our Python app, then the system deploys it in a matter of a minute or two. Deployment is fully automated with Apache Libcloud and Ansible -- we strive to never have to SSH into a server. At the moment we host more than 12k blogs on over 100 servers. Your job will be making sure these blogs stay up by fending off malicious traffic and figuring out what the unfortunate user of the day did to break his installation.

You are/use:

- Linux,
- PHP,
- Python,
- Git,
- fluent in English,
- solid communication and organizational skills.

Bonus karma points: WordPress, Ansible, Pyramid, Go, Heroku.
